Consultation
Our highly skilled team of trained & certified telecommunications
engineers would evaluate & assess each client’s
requirement and then advice or suggest a solution. This
approach has helped us in gaining customer confidence.
Installation
After initial evaluation & assessment of client’s
requirement our highly qualified team begins the process
of installation in co-ordination with the client &
any other third party supplier/vendor.
The installation process is monitored
by experienced professional, who makes sure that the process
goes on smoothly and is completed in the stipulated time.
Each completed installation goes through
a quality check before it is handed over to the client.
Training
After the successful installation of the products the
most important phase comes is that of ‘training’.
It is here that the client learns how to get the optimal
output from the systems which are installed.
Our training team comes up with specific
training programs for each installation projects; this
is done in consultation with management & project
managers. Everything from dates to timeline is decided
with agreement of the client.
The training module is designed in such
a way that it not only gives theoretical but hands on
experience. The training may also include equipment manufacturers,
suppliers, and vendors as and when it is needed.
The entire training process ends with
the client signing a document stating that the training
provided was of the highest order. Before signing the
client is taken through the entire process again to make
sure there are no lose ends.
Customer Support
We believe in having a long term relationship with every
client of ours. We keep in touch with our clients on regular
basis to ensure they are happy with the solution we have
provided and the systems are giving no problems.
We also offer full maintenance services,
which also helps each of our clients to keep their systems
updated and running at optimal levels. For the same purpose
we have our in house customer support help desk which
provides nation wide support.
